Resources and Recommendations

I believe that each of us is on a journey back to discovering we are all connected ... like individual drops of salt water are to the ocean, we are ONE. Each individual's time and path is unique and totally perfect. I am sharing some resources here which were helpful to me on my path, particularly prior to unfolding to my abilities and True Self. Each of these in its own way may feel like a key to finding your way home, or may be a catalyst to your finding something else. Be always open and curious!

Connecting With and Living From Your Heart Space

I would often hear the "experts" say to "go to your heart space" or "live from your heart". I had no clue how to do this. Makes sense, right, because we are taught to focus on our minds and five physical senses.

Then I read an article about the pineal gland which may be an important spiritual organ in our physical bodies. It seemed to make sense to me to use that as a gateway. It worked really well. I have since shared it with many people and most find it helpful. That is why I have selected this as my gift to you.

I have created an audio to guide you to your heart space. This audio will also let you hear my voice and get a glimpse/feeling for my energy. Just sign up for my email list and you can download the audio. I use the email list to announce when I have written new blogs, have an upcoming show/workshop, and/or have a special offering.
